About Me

Dale White is a contemporary abstract artist who specializes in creating a mixed media collage compositions.  His work combines commercial art principals and fine art aesthetics. On the surface, Mr. White's compositions are well-balanced, graphic images with an emphasis on color and color themes.

 However, he also sees the creative process as a spiritual journey leading us from the unknown inito the meditative, because they convey a sense of timelessness. Overall, the artist's intention is to combine simple elegance and energy. Visual energy is present in all of his work and much of the work is an "All-Overistic" depiction of energy in motion.  

I have been a working artist for over 40 years. My formal training includes St. Gregory's Seminary for art, architecture and theology and IPFW for graphic design, ceramics and fine art. My strongest influence came as an apprentice in the studio of watercolor artist James McBride where I learned the art of picture framing and how to operate an art business.
